Finished in 7:19. Wasn’t super impressed with my time as I’ve done it under 5 minutes two years ago, but it was nice to see where I am. Also I figured there are two big issues I need to work on:
1. I need to make sure I breathe when I’m doing the exercises without holding my breath.
2. I need to drop the bar before I get tired (for example about 20% of my maximum reps instead of trying to do them unbroken)
