Strength:
Deadlifts 5×5 @ 125kg with 1:30min between the sets

Conditioning:

15min AMRAP

5 front squats @ 45kg
5 push presses @ 45kg
5 v-ups
5 pull-ups

Finished 9 rounds, plus 2 v-ups. It felt like my conditioning is definitely improving. I was also able to push myself a lot more.

Went in for a weightlifting session.

Snatch: warm-up sets, 3×60, 3×65, 3×65, 3×65, 4×60
Clean&Jerk: warm-up sets, 3×80, 3×80, 3×80
Front Squat: 3×3 @ 90kg with holding on the bottom
Clean Deadlift: 3×3 @ 80kg
Snatch Deadlift: 3×3 @ 100kg
