Snatch: warm-up sets, 2×70, 1×75, 1×80(f), 1×80(f), 1×80(f), 1×80(f)
I kept doing the snatch and then dropping it before I could start standing up.
Clean&Jerk: warm-up sets, 2×80, 1×90, 1×95, 1×100(f), 2×80
Cleaned the bar, and then couldn’t stand up with it.
Front Squat: 3×2 @ 90kg
