Waist: no idea

Went for a morning weightlifting class after 4-5 hours of sleep and loading an entire truck.

Snatch: warm-up sets, 2x65kg, 2x70kg, 1x75kg (wonky), 1x75kg, 1x80kg, 1x83kg(f), 1x83kg(f), 1x83kg(f), 2x70kg, 2x70kg(f), 4x60kg

Clean&Jerk: warm-up sets, 1x90kg (f), 1x90kg, 1x95kg, 1x100kg, 1x105kg(f — couldn’t stand up with the bar)

Front Squat: 3×3 @ 90kg while holding in the bottom

Snatch Deadlift: 3×3 @ 85kg
Clean Deadlift: 3×3 @ 105kg

Good workout and I’ll take the results given that I lost weight and wasn’t in a good condition today.
