My Shoulders were very tired from a bodybuilding workout on Thursday, so all my snatches were really bad.

Snatch:
4×20, 4×40, 3×50, 2×60, 2×65, 2×70, 2×70, 1×75, 1×80, 1×80(f), 1×80(f), 1×75(f), 1×75, 2×70, 3×65

Clean & Jerk:
2×60, 2×70, 2×80, 1×90, 1×95, 1×100, 2×90, 3×80

Front Squat:
2×110, 2×110, 2×110, 3×105, 3×105

Decided to start making videos on the heavier days so I can watch my progress. The two biggest things I have to work on are:

1. Pulling with the hands at the same time when I extend my hips.
2. Working on finishing a full extension and higher pull with the hands.
