Clean & Jerk:
2×60, 2×70, 2×80, 2×90, 1×95, 1×100, 1×100, 1×100, 2×90, 2×90

Front Squat:
3×100, 2×105, 2×105, 2×105, 2×105, 3×100

I had to cut the workout short, because I didn’t have much time. For the rest of the week, before Saturday’s weightlifting workout, the plan is:

Workout 1:
– Weightlifting 3×3 @ 60/80
– Back Squat 3×3
– Deadlift 3×3 at 90/110

Workout 2:
– Front Squat 5×5
– 3×3 Regular Deadlift at light weight
