Injuries again

For the last 2 days my back started hurting again, annoyingly. Went for a quick workout at the nearby gym.

Warm-up:

Weightlifting:

Strength:
Front Squat – 5×70, 5×80, 5×80, 5×80, 5×80
Push Press – 2×70, 5×60, 5×60, 5×60
Pull-ups – 12×0, 10×0, 10×0, 8×0
Dips – 15×0, 15×0, 15×20

Bodybuilding:
Dumbbell biceps curls – 15×9, 15×12, 12×14, 12×16, 12×16
Triceps push-downs – 15x??, 15x??, 12x??
L-sits and Sit-ups
