I am pretty injured and it was almost unable to lift had to cut both the planned weights and reps in order to make it through the workout.

Warm-up:
Stretches

Snatch:
5×20, 5×40, 4×50, 3×60, 2×65, 2×70, 2×60, 2×65, 2×70, 1×75, 2×65

Clean & Jerk:
1×60, 2×80, 1×90, 1×95, 1×100, 2×90

Back Squat:
2×70, 2×120, 2×120, 2×120
