Nightmare weightlifting session

Went in for a weightlifting session and it was the worst.

Warm-up:
Stretches
Couldn’t do rope jumps because my ankle hurts even more after yesterday’s sprints.

Snatch:
4×20, 4×40, 3×50, 3×60, 3×65, 2×70, 1×75, 1×75, 1×75(f), 1×75, 2×70

Clean & Jerk:
2×60, 2×70, 2×80, 2×90, 1×100, 1×100, 1×100 (got dizzy, about to pass out so dropped before the jerk), 1×100, 2×90 (f — didn’t even try these)

Front Squat:
2×110 (f), 2×110(f), 1×100(f)

I was supposed to do 3×2 @ 110. I guess my nervous system was too tired. Rested a little bit and got back in for some reps:

2×100, 2×105, .. the coach stopped me before I went on to the 110s.
