Active recovery day… sort of

Went out for some active recovery running in the morning. Felt really really great.

Warm-up:
5min walking
400m jogging

4 rounds Each 2nd minute on the minute:
2x100m shuttles

My legs exploded and I quickly went out of wind. Doing metcons feels soo good.
