WOD

For time:
10 2-pood KB swings
1 burpee
9 2-pood KB swings
2 burpees
8 2-pood KB swings
3 burpees

1 2-pood KB swing
10 burpees

Finished in 10min 14sec. I haven’t done any conditioning in so long that it was hell. Went completely out of breath by the 6th minute.
