PRs week and a huge workout

There is an amateur weightlifting competition in my gym the next month and my coach is pushing for PRs. I hit two PRs on the snatch today.

Snatch:
4×20, 4×40, 3×50, 3×60, 2×65, 2×70, 1×75, 1×80, 1×83 (F–didn’t pull high enough), 1×83 (PR), 1×85 (PR), 2×75

Clean & Jerk:
2×70, 2×80, 1×90(pw clean&jerk)+90(squat clean), 1×95, 1×100, 1×105, 1×108 (F–too late with the elbows), 2×90

Front Squat:
2×110, 1×110, 2×110, 2×110

Snatch grip deadlift:
3×85, 3×85, 3×85

Clean grip deadlift:
3×105, 3×105, 3×105

Close grip bench press:
8×60, 8×80, 8×90, 8×90, 8×90

Wide grip pullups:
8, 8, 6, 6, 6

Shoulder press:
2×55, 2×65, 2×75, 1×80, 1×85(f)

Dumbbell curls:
15x7kg, 15x9kg, 12x11kg, 12x12kg

Triceps extensions:
15x30kg, 15x30kg, 12x30kg, 10x30kg

1 round for time of:
30 sec L-sit
10 L leg raises
15 sit-ups with 5kg behind the back
15 abs wheel rolls
10 side abs bends with 30kg on each side
