Snatch 1:
4×20, 4×40, 4×50, 2×60, 1×65, 1×70, 1×70, 1×75, 1×75, 1×70, 2×60

Clean & Jerk 1:
2×60, 2×80, 1×90, 1×95, 1×100, 2×90

Back Squat:
3×3 @ 100


Power(-ish) Snatch 2:
4×20, 4×40, 3×50, 3×60, 3×60, 4×60 (4th was because my 3rd sucked)

Power(-ish) Clean & Jerk 2:
3×60, 3×70, 3×80, 3×80, 3×80

Front Squat:
3×110, 1×110, 2×110 ( it was supposed to be 3×3 @ 110 )

The second session (today’s) was light, because on Saturday I’m supposed to try PRs.
