Today I focused on correcting my moves from the last workout and kind of wanted to work with light weights for the technique. The coach wasn’t having any of that though.

Warm-up:
Rope jumps
Stretches

Snatch:
5×20, 5×20, 4×40, 4×50, 3×60, 2×65, 2×70, 1×75, 1×80, 1×80(f), 2×70

Clean & Jerk:
2×60, 2×80, 1×90, 1×95, 1×100, 1×105, 2×90

Front Squat:
2×110, 2×110, 2×110

Clean grip deadlift:
3×110, 3×110, 3×110

Snatch grip deadlift:
3×80, 3×80, 3×80

3×8 handstand push-ups
3×8 Planche push-ups
2×8 One hand push-ups
30 sec L-sit hold
30 sit-ups
