Back on gaining weight

Decided to gain some more weight. My final goal is to become 95kg and then clean it and keep it. Got some creatine and ON protein.

Today I did some interval running in 3 rounds:
1. 1.6km
2. 800m
3. 400m

Yesterday was a long weighlifting and bodybuilding session:

Warm-up:
Rope jumps
Stretches

Snatch:
4×20, 4×40, 4×50, 3×60, 2×65, 2×70 (bad form), 1×70, 1×70, 1×75, 3×70(2 fails one success)

Clean & Jerk:
2×60, 2×80, 1×90, 1×95, 1×100, 2×90

Front Squat:
2×110, 2×110, 2×110

Bench Press:
5×60, 5×80, 5×100, 5×110, 5×110, 5×100

Pull-ups:
6x0kg, 6x5kg, 6x10kg, 6x10kg, 6x10kg

Shoulder Press:
2×50, 2×60, 2×70

Bicep Curls:
3×12 @ some weight

Triceps pushes:
3×12 @ some weight

1 round for time of:
30 seconds L-sit
15 sit-ups with 5kg behind the neck
15 abs wheel rolls
15 side bends on each side with 19kg
