After my 3 week gym-absence I’m back on learning the squat snatch and I feel like I started getting the hang of it again.

Warm-up:
Yoga stretches

Squat Snatch:
4×20, 3×40, 3×50, 3×55, 3×60, 3×60, 3×60, 3×60

Squat Clean & Jerk:
2×60, 2×80, 2×90, 2×90, 2×90, 2×90

Back Squat:
2×90, 2×120, 2×120, 2×120

Snatch grip deadlift:
3×80, 3×80, 3×80

WOD

As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
15 Box jumps (60cm box)
10 Deadlifts (70kg )
5 Handstand pushups

I managed to do 4 or 5 rounds. Probably 4.
