Couldn’t really sleep too much so naturally I forgot a lot of things, including to weigh and measure myself. Anyways, went for a quick workout, so I don’t lose my fitness level at least.

Power Snatch:
4×20, 3×40, 3×50, 3×60, 3×60, 3×60, 3×60

Power Clean & Jerk:
3×60, 3×70, 3×80, 3×80, 3×80, 3×80

Front Squat:
3×60, 2×110, 3×110, 2×110

Bench Press:
5×50, 5×70, 5×90, 5×105

Weighted Pull-ups:
6×0, 6×10, 6×10, 6×0

Biceps Curls:
12×7, 2×11, 12×16

Triceps Push-downs:
3×12 @ {some weight}

1 Round of:
30 second L-sit hold
15 sit-ups with 5kg behind the neck
15 abs wheel rolls
15 side bends on each side with 26kg
