Squat Clean & Split Jerk:
2×50, 2×70, 2×80, 2×90, 2×90, 2×90

Back Squat:
2×100, 2×120, 1×125, 2×120

3 rounds with 2 min rest between the rounds of:
5 Planche Push-ups
20 dumbbell rows with alternating hands

3×6-8 handstand push-ups

WOD
3 rounds for time of:
10 burpees
18kg dumbbell thrusters
