I can haz no sleep? Let’s workout then!

Still pretty jet-lagged and woke up at 4a.m. It’s very annoying but since I’m already up, I decided to go for a quick metcon.

Warm-up:

400m jogging
Rope jumping: 100-50-50
Some stretching

WOD:

1 round for time of:
800m run
1min L-sit
800m run
1min Sit-ups

I had planned to add 30 burpees at the end, but then I didn’t want to go over 10min for the whole workout and I didn’t have time for the burpees. It was quite fun though!
