Back in the weightlifting gym!

Waist: 83.0

After 3 weeks of traveling and living in a time zone 10 hours from mine, almost no workouts, the damage so far as is follows:

– 1kg lost
– 20kg front squat lost
– lost my sleep
– lost my ability to eat well/enough
– I have a pretty bad injury on my left palm. Have a really hard time to put a bar on it and it hurts a lot.

Decided to go to the weightlifting gym for a quick session.

Warm-up:
Yoga stretches
No-rope rope jumps: 100-50-50
Snatch positions

Squat Snatch:
4×20, 4×40, 4×40, 4×50, 4×50, 4×50

Squat Clean:
3×50, 3×60, 2×70, 2×80, 2×90, 2×90

Front Squat:
3×100, 2×105 (f), 3×100

Bench Press:
5×20, 5×50, 5×70, 5×90, 5×90, 5×90

Weighted Pull-ups:
6×0, 6×5, 6×7.5, 6×7.5

Dumbbell Shoulder Press:
12×12, 10×12, 10×12

Biceps Curls:
10×12, 10×12

Triceps Pushdown:
10x{no idea how many kgs}, 10x{no idea how many kgs}

The weightlifting technique didn’t feel as bad as I expected, but the combination of lost strength and injured palm prevents me from lifting anything heavy.
