CrossFit Santa Cruz Part 2

Today I’m even more sore from the surfing two days ago. My shoulders and tricepses are completely trashed. Got the chance to do a second workout at the absolutely amazing CrossFit Santa Cruz gym though!

Shoulders and hips mobility exercises

3 rounds of:
– Maximum handstand hold facing the wall with palms 20cm from the wall.
– 2×3 Front Squats @ 40kg, 50kg, 60kg

5 rounds of:
20 Kettlebell swings with 24kg
10 Burpees touching 15cm above the maximum reach bar
200m Run

Same as yesterday, not quite in shape but it was really really fun.
