CrossFit Santa Cruz Part 1

Waist: No clue

I did some surfing yesterday which completely smoked my shoulders and back. So today I went to CrossFit Santa Cruz with few guys from Automattic. It was pretty cool as I’ve seen this gym in many CrossFit videos.

Workout: It was a rest day for the gym so we had to pick one 3 workouts

Warm-up:

2 min Rowing
2 min Walking lunge and bear crawl
2 min Jump Rope
400 meter run

After that we did some stretching and mobility exercises.

WOD:
500m Rowing
20 Push Jerks at 70kg
30 Burpees

In the middle of the WOD I realized I’m so out of shape that I barely completed it.

I’m pretty excited that we’ll go back there tomorrow, though!
