Last weightlifting session for 3 weeks ahead

Weight: 90.2
Waist: 83.0

Started loosing waist (AKA fat)! Three factors contributed I think(in order of preference):
1) Started cycling high carbs days, when working out with no-carbs days.
2) Stopped eating for weight gain and concentrated on eating just enough to keep my weight slightly above 90kg.
3) Started doing 2 metcons weekly.

Rope Jumping: 100-25-25
Snatch progressions

Squat Snatch:
5×20, 4×40, 3×50, 2×60, 2×65, 1×70, 1×70, 1×70, 1×70, 2×60

Squat Clean & Split Jerk:
3×60, 2×70, 2×80, 2×90, 1×95, 1×100, 1×100, 1×100, 2×90

Front Squat:
2×110, 2×115, 2×120, 1×125

Snatch Deadlift:
3×85, 3×85, 3×85

Clean Deadlift:
3×105, 3×105, 3×105

Shoulder Press:
10×55, 10×55, 10×55

Biceps Curls:
12×20, 10×30, 10×30

Triceps push-downs:
3x12xsomething

1 round of:
15 Weighted decline sit-up @ 5kg behind the neck
15 seconds L-Sit
15 abs wheel rolls
15 side bends with dumbbells
