Working on Weightlifting technique

My legs were pretty tired from yesterday’s WOD, but luckily my coach decided we should work on technique today.

Also, few days ago I installed gym boss app on my phone and I love it. Started timing my rests between the sets. Since I was working light today, I set my rest to 1:30min.

Workout: Weightlifting

Warm-up:
Yoga Stretches
MWod exercises for my shoulders
Rope Jumping: 100-15-15
Snatch progressions

Squat Snatch:
5×20, 5×40, 3×50, 2×60, 2×60, 2×60, 2×60, 3×50, 3×50, 3×50

Squat Clean & Split Jerk:
3×50, 2×65, 2×70, 2×80, 2×90, 2×90, 2×90

Front Squat:
2×60, 2×105, 2×105, 2×105
