testing my CrossFit-ness

Weight: 89.8
Waist: 86.0

Huge increase in waist, meaning I messed up both my diet and my stress levels. Really annoying. Decided to go try a metcon to see where I am at on that front.

Workout:
3 min Clean and Jerk with 20kg (I think) kettlebel
3 min Sledgehammer
3 min 70-80 meter shuttles
1km run

It was really really really though. Got 70 reps on the clean and jerk, 49 sledgehammer hits, and 18 shuttles.
