Today was one of those rare days when nothing was hurting from the second I wake up. I was so excited that even though I couldn’t sleep too much, I decided to try and lift heavy.

Workout: Weightlifting

Warmup:
Yoga Stretching
PVC Roller
Rope jumping (100 double leg, 10 on each leg)
Snatch progressions

Squat Snatch:
5×20, 4×40, 3×50, 2×55, 2×60, 1×65, 1×65, 1×65, 1×65(f), 1×65(f), 2×60

Squat Clean & SplitJerk:
4×50, 2×60, 2×70

Squat Clean:
1×80, 1×85, 1×90, 1×95, 1×100, 1×100, 1×105, 2×90

Back Squat:
2×80, 2×110, 2×120, 2×130(f), 2×120

Snatch Deadlift:
3×80, 3×80, 3×80

Clean Deadlift:
3×105, 3×105, 3×105

Shoulders — hypertrophy 2xshoulder circles and 2xshoulder press with dumbbells

1 Round of:
15 x Sit-ups with 5kg behind the back
15 x seconds L-sit
15 x abs wheel
15 x side bends for abs
