Gained some weight and at the same time got visibly fatter. I decided, today will be a fast day. So I did 17-18 hour fasting.

Workout: running and upper body strength

5x400m interval running
5×5 Bench Press @ 100, 110, 110, 100, 100
4×6 Weighted Pullups – 5, 10, 10, 10
4×10 Barbell Curls – 30, 30, 30, 30
4×10 Triceps Pushdowns – 30, 30, 30, 30

Max Sit-ups with 10kg behind the back
