I’m an old man now

Weight: 88.8
Waist: 83.5

Everything hurts now. I feel like an old man:
– My ankle still hurts from an injury in September.
– My knee hurts for unknown reason to me.
– My wrist hurts from doing heavy biceps curls.
– My back pain from the deadlift injury is back.
– My shoulder hurts really bad from a Jerk the other day.
– I pinched a nerve on my neck.

I wonder what’s next and how come I can still do workouts and how long would that last.

Workout: Light Weightlifting & Upper body hypertrophy

Warm-up:
– Yoga stretching
– Kelly Starrett’s shoulder exercises
– Air squats
– A few Snatch progression rounds

Squat Snatch:
4×20, 4×20, 4×40, 4×50, 4×50, 4×50, 4×50

Squat Clean:
3×50, 3×60, 3×70, 3×80, 3×80, 3×80

Back Squat:
2×80, 2×100, 2×120, 2×120, 2×120

Close grip bench press:
5×20, 5×50, 5×70, 8×85, 8×85, 8×85, 8×85

4×8 Low lateral pull-backs @ 45
4×8 Shoulder side raises @ 14
4×10 Triceps cable pushdown @ (IDK)
4×8 Biceps curls @ 7, 11, 14, 15 (my first biceps curls since my wrist injury!)
