Workout: Heavy Weightlifting

My coach said we’ll be lifting a bit heavier today, which I was totally not ready for. Haven’t rested for a few days, my legs are very sore from the workout the other day when I did tons of reps.

Snatch:
5×20, 4×40, 3×50, 2×60, 1×65, 1×70, 1×75, 1×75, 1×75, 1×75, 1×70, 1×65

Clean & Jerk:
4×60 (snapped my shoulder), 1×70, 1×80, 1×90, 1×95

switched to cleans, because the shoulder started hurting badly.

Clean:
1×100, 1×105(f), 1×105(f), 1×100(f), 1×90

Front Squat:
2×80, 2×100, 2×110, 2×110, 2×110

Snatch Deadlift:
3×80, 3×80, 3×80
