Snatch:
5×20, 4×40, 4×50, 3×60, 5×50, 5×50, 5×50, 5×50

Clean:
3×50, 3×60, 3×70, 5×80, 5×80, 5×80, 5×80

Worked on doing full squats after I pull for the snatch and the clean. Since I started doing weightlifting about 2 months ago, I completely stopped doing full squats and now it felt pretty weird.

4×8 Weighted Dips – 15, 25, 30, 30
4×10 Overhead Press – 50, 50, 50, 50
4×10 Barbell Curls – 30, 30, 30, 30
3×Max L-sits
