Snatch:
5×20, 4×40, 4×50, 4×50, 4×50, 4×50, 4×50

Clean & Jerk:
4×50, 3×60, 3×70, 3×70, 3×70, 3×70

Used a protocol close to “each minute on the minute” for the weightlifting exercises. The difference was I didn’t use a clock, but only took a few breaths between the reps.

Front Squat:
2×80, 2×100, 2×110, 2×110, 2×110(f), 2×110(f)

Had to drop the bar on the 2nd reps of the last two sets as I lost my back and didn’t want to push it after the injury I had recently.

4×8 Very close grip bench @ 80.0
4×8 Low lateral pull downs @ 70.0
4×8 Shoulders high pull @ 40
4×12 Cable Triceps Pushdown @ 45
3×6 Biceps pull-ups
3x L-sit holds
