I figured it’s not a great idea to run today, because of my messed up knee. So I resorted to swimming.

Workout: Swimming
6×50 meter sprints

The first 3 sprints were pretty difficult as I’m so out of cardio/metcon shape and was pushing 100%. The last 3 I decided to be more careful with my energy spending and they came pretty easy.
