My back is slowly recovering…

But my knee started hurting now. It’s very annoying. One of my guesses it that while trying to gain weight, I increased the intake of non-paleo food, which bumped the inflammation processes in my body. No solution yet. I’ll do a fasting day when I reach 89.0kg.

Workout: Weightlifting + Upper Body Strength

5×20, 5×20, 4×40, 2×50, 2×60, 2×60, 2×60, 2×60

Clean & Jerk:
3×60, 2×70, 2×80, 2×90, 2×90, 2×90

Back Squat:
2×100, 2×120, 2×120, 2×130, 2×130

Weighted dips:
8×15, 8×25, 8×25, 8×25

Shoulder Press:
10×40, 10×50, 8×50, 8×40, 10×30

Biceps Pull-ups (weird slow exercise that I use because my wrist is injured and can’t do any kind of biceps curl; dumbbell curls; chin-ups or anything else that hits my biceps): 3×6-8

L-Sit: 3xMax
