After yesterday’s rest my back feels a lot better and I’m excited about going to workout.

Workout: Weightlifting & Upper Body Strength

Snatch:
5×20, 5×40, 4×50, 3×60, 2×65, 2×65, 2×65

Clean:
3×50, 3×60, 3×70, 2×80, 2×90, 2×90, 2×80

Bench Press:
5×20, 5×60, 5×80, 5×100, 5×105, 5×105, 5×105, 5×105

Weighted Pull-ups:
6×0, 6×5, 6×10, 6×10, 6×10, 6×10

L-sit:
3xMax

The aftermath is –
45 Days of trying to gain weight
6kg Bodyweight gain and I look fat.
2cm Waist gain
1 Back injury
1 Elbow injury
1 Knee injury
75kg Snatch
100kg Clean & Jerk
110kg For a 5 times bench press
17.5kg Weighted pull-ups
2km 5min/km pace, easy

I think writing my workouts and weight down, works pretty well and motivates me, without taking too much time. So, I am going to try and gain weight up to 93kg, hold that weight for some time and then try to lose some fat while note going under 91kg.
