Waist: 81.5

Yesterday was a low carb day, while the previous days were with high carbs. I guess that made me retain more water yesterday and then lost that water which led the weight loss.

Workout: Heavy Weightlifting

Snatch:
5×20, 5×40, 3×50, 2×60, 2×65, 1×70 (ugly), 1×70, 1×75 (fail), 1×75 (fail), 2×60, 2×60

Clean:
3×50, 3×60, 3×70, 2×80, 1×90 (ugly), 1×90 (very ugly), 1×90 (even more ugly)

Back Squat:
2×80, 2×100, 2×120, 2×120, 2×120

Snatch grip deadlift:
3×80, 3×80, 3×80

Clean grip deadlift:
3×100, 3×100, 3×100

Very disappointed. I either lost a lot of power or my shoulders were destructed or something bad of that sort.
