10:00 – Ate my tears, cried for the lost weight.
16:00 – Chicken strips, beef strips, salad with olive oil, potato.
19:00 – Protein shake, nuts, tahini with a little bit of honey.
23:00 – Pork steaks, salads with olive oil.
