Weight: 84.0
Waist: 81.6

Some weight drop after the fast yesterday was expected. Not sure about the waist gain. My guess is that’s because I’m not sleeping very well the last few days.

Food: Low carbs, high calories
12:00 – 5 eggs, pork steak, salad with olive oil, avocado, potatoes, huge sweet potato
15:00 – salmon, grilled veggies
19:00 – protein shake and nuts
23:30 – chicken breasts, big salad with tons of olive oil, small protein shake
