A little weight drop was expected because of the intermittent fasting yesterday.

Workout: Rest Day

Still feel completely trashed from yesterday. Both muscles and joints messed up. Tomorrow morning, a heavy weightlifting is planned, so good night sleep is essential.

Food:
11:00 – 5 eggs, 1 avocado, 1 big sweet potato
16:00 – chicken strips, beef strips, salad with olive oil, juice
21:00 – protein shake, 1 banana, 1 peach
00:20 – chicken breast, big salad with olive oil, 1 peach, protein powder.
