Workout: Rest day
Did my first guided meditation. It was pretty interesting and relaxing.
10:00 – 5 eggs, potatoes, salad with extra olive oil, fruits
15:00 – pork steaks, salad with extra olive oil, nuts, protein powder
22:30 – cesar salad with avocados, salmon with avocado sauce, protein powder
I also got some enzymes which hopefully would fix my appetite deficiency and this protein:
