5×5 Bench Press @ 90,95,95,95,90
4×6 Weighted Pullups – 15, 15, 15, 15
4×8 Weighted Dips – 25, 25, 25, 25
4×10 Overhead Press – 35, 35, 35, 35
4×10 Barbell Curls – 40, 40, 40, 40
Abs wheel – 3xMax

I felt weak on the yesterday’s front squats so I decided to squeeze in some lower body strength here. It also made my workout about 2 hours long 😦

Food:
10:00 eggs, nuts, fruits
15:00 pork steaks, salad with extra olive oil
23:00 chocolate (after workout carbs), fruits, pork steaks (about 400grams), huge salad with extra olive oil, 200grams of nuts.

Getting tired and despaired from eating so much food and still losing weight. Waiting to see what the scales will show tomorrow morning.
