Waist: 80.5

Adding the waist as a metric that will increase if:
– I eat too much carbs.
– My stress level/cortisol raises (overtraining, not sleeping enough, other problems)
– I don’t do enough fasting/metcon workouts.

Workout: Rest Day

Food:
10:00 – BCAA
15:00 – 5 eggs,pork steak, salad, nuts
23:00 – 2 pork steaks, salads with extra olive oil
