4×12 Cable Triceps Pushdown @ 42, 42, 42f, 35
3×8 Dumbbell Curls @ 14, 14, 14, 14
3x L-sit holds @ 25L+10, 18L+10, 30W+10

Food: High calories/carbs day
12:00 – BCAA, fruits, nuts
15:00 – chicken strips, potatoes, salad, beef strips
22:00 – pork steaks, sweet potatoes, nuts
