Day 4

Weight: 81.4

I guess my attempts to gain weight are very efficient at loosing weight. Maybe I should prescribe it as an official weight-loss diet – eat as much as you can, even more and loose weight. I should become a millionaire very quickly.

Anyways, I think my stomach was more empty than usual this morning, so now I have to gain 1.6kg in 2 days. If I don’t get even close, I’ll stop the fasting every day.

Workout: Upper Body Strength

After the warm-up and the warm-up sets before each exercise:

5×5 Bench Press @ 90,90,90,90,80
4×6 Weighted Pullups – 12.5, 12.5, 12.5, 12.5
4×8 Weighted Dips – 22.5, 22.5, 22.5, 22.5
4×10 Overhead Press – 50, 45, 40, 40
4×10 Barbell Curls – 40,
Abs wheel – 3xMax

Pretty surprised I was able to do bench press as my shoulder is seriously injured.

As a bonus , my elbow is also injured for 2 weeks now. Got some “ice gel pack” from the pharmacy that’s very convenient for ice therapy, with straps and all. Highly recommend it.
