I’m Trying to stick to the powerlifting program while doing some CrossFit workouts at the and time. It’s probably not the best way to excel in strength but I just live the metcon workouts too much.
5×5 Bench press
5 rounds with 3 min rest between the rounds.
On the bench I managed to do a PR by pressing 110kg 5 times.
Since I’m going hard on the strength I try to scale the WODs down and do then as fast as possible. This time I squeezed 3 rounds of Barbara in about 20-something min.
