Went to an Integral yoga class today. It was quite interesting. Apparently the integral yoga is supposed to unite the three elements of the yoga — the body, the mind and the breathing.
We did a bit of stretching and holding positions, some breathing exercises and some kind of meditation which kind of got me in some kind of sleeping state.
Overall, I figured out I’m pretty stiff. I think I want to try the different kinds of yoga so I can see what fits me best.
