Deadlifts

Some fun with the deadlift a today:

6×4 deadlift @ 130, 120, 120, 125, 120, 120
5×4 Cleans @ 50, 60, 65, 70, 70
Dumbbell swings in superset with calves
Good mornings in a superset with biceps

This time I was releasing the weight at the bottom as my deadlift bottleneck seems to be my initial lift.
