Finally decided to go to this Chiropractor after My back wasn’t getting any better and on Yuli’s advice.
Got an appointment for 11am and as usual I overslept so I decided to do a very short squats workout in case I need to rest my back for a few days after the procedure.
5×4 squats @ 90, 100, 90, 90, 90
A bunch of pull-ups
Wasn’t nearly enough for my current strength and level of training. I feel like I haven’t trained at all, but hope it’s enough to not loose strength until the next workout.
The chiro thingy was fun! The guy fixed all my body parts – from the heels to the ears. Didn’t hurt at all and he said I should feel big improvement in the next 3-4 days. I felt a release right away.
Also learned some good practices for warmup and to avoid some warmup exercises.
