Very very destructive weekend again.
Also after the pain in my back the last week ( which is still kind of ongoing ), I decided that I need to change my squats strategy:
a) Dial down the weights and concentrate on perfect technique.
b) If it gets too heavy, just quit instead of making everything possible to lift it.
5×4 @ 90, 100, 100, 95, 95 Back squats
4×4 @ 80 Front squats
4×10 Leg extensions
4×10 hamstring standing curls
A bunch of pull-ups between the series
