Decided to take it easy these 3 days, to give my body a chance to recover from the weight loss, the nervous system damage, the lack of sleep and everything that started hurting.
Bench Press: 4x100kg, 3x110kg, 4x105kg

I’m pretty happy that at least I haven’t lost strength. Hoping that this amount of exercise is enough to keep it.
