Shoulders X-plosion

Couldn’t sleep more than 5 hours, and thought I would die on the way to the gym. Imagine my surprise when I crushed started with the PRs!

Workout:

6×4 – Shoulder Press
5×8-10 – Shoulder Press Machine
4×8-10 – Front Barbell Raise
4×8-10 – Dumbbell Deltoid Raise
4×12-15 – Dumbbell upright row
4×10 – Triceps pushdown

For the shoulder presses, I used 65, 70, 65, 69, 69, 69. It’s a huge improvement from the last time ( when I used 60s ) and from the workout before that, where i used 65s. Very happy with my result.

Today I also felt the effect of the N.O. Xplode – my arms almost doubled with blood after the second exercise and I didn’t even to any arm exercises until the end.
